Out of the box machine vision pipeline processor loaded with ImageFlow RT

Configured to run ImageFlow

Open system architecture supports all cameras

High speed storage for real time imaging

Real time image processing with no compromises

The RCX-1440 is an advanced image processing workstation. The Coffee Lake 8700 processor enables ImageFlow to process up to 1 G Byte per second. This is a complete vision solution designed for high speed manufacturing and loaded with ImageFlow .  ImageFlow has been designed to take advantage of the I7 Intel multi-core architecture with all advanced algorithms running in "Pipeline" mode.  ImageFlow is not only unique in how it is configured but also in how it is applied. There is no need for a programmer. Inspection recipes can be configured in minutes. Record the video of production and run through the inspection algorithm to tune and verify.  The RCX operates on Windows 10 IOT for Enterprise 64 bit. This workstation complies to open system standards and supports all commercial machine vision cameras.

Acquisition Options

The RCX workstation supports Area, Linescan , 3D, Thermal and CIS Line scan bar sensors from manufacturers such as Chromasens, Dalsa, Basler, Mitsubishi Electric and many more.

Optional Light Controller

XLC4

ImageFlow supports the XLC4 via Ethernet . This is an advanced LED controller for complex illumination requirements. The unit takes an input  voltage OF 24 Volt DC +/- 10%; approx. 3,5 amps per used channel for full operation, and outputs 4 current controlled outputs, from 0.2 amps to 1.8 amps output power 80 watts per channel .

Our advantage

The applications are completely configurable. There is no need for coding. ImageFlow is designed to take advantage of commercial multi threaded processors to enhance performance. It is a pipeline image processor so the inspection is optimized to run in real time and process large images. To learn more access our white papers or for a free consultation, contact us now. OneBoxVision  operates globally with solution partners in North America, Europe and Asia.
